Community Emergency Response Teams
For those interested in learning how to help others during times of disaster, you can become involved in a Community Emergency Response Team in Spokane Valley. You will learn about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact your area and will be trained in basic disaster response skills, such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. We need all new volunteers to fill out Spokane's Volunteer Application form.
