Citizens On Patrol Class

S.C.O.P.E. Citizens on Patrol Class is also held at the Spokane Valley Police Department every other month.

You must have attended a S.C.O.P.E. Basic Training Class to be eligible to take the Citizens on Patrol training.

Knowing your neighbors is one of the most effective and least costly ways to prevent crime and reduce fear. Neighborhood Watch fights the isolation that crime both creates and feeds upon. It forges bonds between residents, helps reduce burglaries and robberies and improves the relationship between law enforcement and the community it serves.
