Who We Are
S.C.O.P.E. members
are dedicated to the principle of Community Oriented Policing which partners law
enforcement with the citizens and businesses we serve. We proactively address
issues which detract from the safety and quality of life for citizens of Spokane
County.
S.C.O.P.E. Provides:

Neighborhood Outreach Stations
- Community
Oriented Policing

Eighteen neighborhood S.C.O.P.E. stations in Spokane County staffed by
S.C.O.P.E. trained volunteer citizens from the neighborhood.
- Public
safety programs and services for citizen and community benefit.
Our Mission
- To provide a
safe living environment for the community.
- To increase
citizen's awareness of, and involvement in, community-oriented services in
partnership with the Spokane County Sheriff's Office.
- To foster
community spirit.
- Join your
Spokane County neighbors to help make tomorrow safer.
- Become a
S.C.O.P.E. trained volunteer.
