Sheriffs Community Oriented Policing Effort

S.C.O.P.E. (Sheriff Community Oriented Policing Effort)
is a philosophy and community perspective rather than a specific program
or new law enforcement tactic.

Our Mission

  • To provide a safe living environment for the community.
  • To increase citizen's awareness of, and involvement in, community-oriented services in partnership with the Spokane County Sheriff's Office.
  • To foster community spirit.

Who We Are

S.C.O.P.E. members are dedicated to the principle of Community Oriented Policing which partners law enforcement with the citizens and businesses we serve. We proactively address issues which detract from the safety and quality of life for citizens of Spokane County.

S.C.O.P.E. Provides:

  • Neighborhood Outreach Stations
  • Community Oriented Policing
